where are my Diagnostic vehicle brand options.

     When I push the Diagnostics button on the front page of the Mini I do not get a bunch of vehicle brand options to choose from.

    Is this normal ? is it because it's my first time using it or something else ?

     go to updates and start downloading the software for the vehicles you work on

     I wish I could, but it just tells me that I'm not connected to the internet. which I am.

    kinda giving up on this product, not a good first impression.
